Once the part is shipped, there will be a 25% restocking fees if the part is not accepted by the customer, or simply refused,. If the part is damaged during shipping from our side, we take care of the claim with the shipping company. Similarly, if the part shipped by the customer to our location and is damaged during transit, the customer is liable for all the losses and there will be no refund or a partial refund will be issued based on the severity of the damage. Any freight item that is being shipped, the customer must and should have a business address at a commercial location. Any business address should have access to a 16 or 18 wheeler trucks.

Customers are obliged to have any sort of unloading material to unload the freight from the truck. If the unloading material is provided from the shipping company, All American Car Parts has the rights to charge the customers $125 from their account. The customer is obliged to be present at the delivery location for acceptance once the part is dispatched for delivery,. If this is missed, the customer must pick the part from the nearest terminal or upon agreement, the customer will pay $110 for reschedule. If a part is being shipped to Canada, the customer is accountable for a border fees which amounts to 30-40 percent of the cost of the part. This cost is to the government and this is non-refundable.

Engines are complete assemblies including manifolds, oil pan, timing belts and covers, fuel injection or carburetor; however we guarantee only the long block. The manifolds, oil pan, timing belts and covers, fuel injection or carburetor are not guaranteed, you may have to change these for better performance. Parts such as Turbos, Starters, air compressors, alternator, power steering pumps, optical distributors or electrical water pumps are usually not included nor under warranty.

Engine Block are sold as rebuild-able block only.

Instrument /Speedometer Clusters : We do not guarantee mileage. Some Speedometer Clusters may have to be reset by the dealer.

Carburetors: Are guaranteed to be rebuilt.

Cylinder heads are guaranteed to not be warped or cracked. It may need to be re-machined.

Electrical items items such as E.C.M, B.C.M, transmission modules, transfer case modules are only guaranteed to have the correct manufacturer part number. All electrical items have a replacement warranty only. Modules may need to be reset by the dealer.

Control arms are guaranteed to be straight . Any rubber bushings and ball joints are not guaranteed.

Transmissions: We guarantee it will shift well, gears to be good and bearings to be good. Thoroughly clean all components of the transmission including oil pan before installation. You must replace All seals and gaskets prior to installation. Flush & flow test cooler and lines. You must also have your fly wheel turned prior to installation.

Body parts such as doors, hoods, fenders, grill, bumpers, quarter panels, header panels etc; may have light cosmetic defects according to the age of the vehicle. Body parts that do not match the color of your vehicle will not be available for return for that reason.
